One of the essential qualities required today is the command over English language. Language is essential for expressing ideas, opinions, views and emotions. Effective oral communication is required for success in life. This is made possible by an English lab. It’s an approach to English as an language. The main objective of this lab is to provide practice in an entertaining and interactive way to acquire the main four language skills which play an important role in the acquisition of language and learning: listening, speaking, reading and writing. We have a number of tools which teach and guide the students to learn and practice the language. This Digital English Language Lab that not only enhances vocabulary, but also focuses on the finer shades of language like grammar, pronunciation, intonation, modulation, phonetics, and syllabic division. Topics such as accent, rhythm, intonation, consonants and vowels are dealt with separately and extensively. Learners learn without any fear or embarrassment which helps to build their confidence and proficiency in the language. This lab provides a very different experience from the traditional system of teaching and learning the language.
Just a quick note to say a million thanks for the extraordinary effort everyone at NIS has put in to keep the children learning this term, not just for their intellectual and creative development but emotionally. Outside family, school is their main framework and the fact that you kept it functioning at all during a pandemic, but that you did so with such resourcefulness, care, flexibility and joy is mind boggling to me. It’s not just our NHS workers who are heroes, but our teachers!! Thank you for keeping our boys stimulated, inspired, and most importantly, happy during this tough tough time

NIS nursery is an extremely supportive environment where children can learn, explore, be creative and develop as individuals with confidence. When you go to pick the kids up it is clear that they are extremely focused in whatever activity they are doing. I think also it encourages curious minds, which is great
