Zoommer

Zoommer is a movement that has been established to make every child physically literate.Our program gives children the motivation and confidence to be more physically active and try their hand at playing different sports.

Chess

The game of chess helps young people learn to concentrate, think logically, overcome obstacles, spot patterns and categorize information.A chess club provides a challenge for students while helping build confidence and self-esteem. It offers a combination of educational and social activity.

Carrom

Carrom helps in increasing the logical reasoning power in children.It also helps to improve concentration focus and patience. The game helps children to develop social skills such as communication, sharing, waiting, taking turns, and enjoying the company of others in the game. By playing carrom board, kids can enhance their focus as game increases attention span on a particular coin or pocket.

Skating

Skating increases the balancing skills & helps in giving a recreational activity which can be practiced without any need for a partner. Skating is ideally learnt at a tender age and hence it is introduced in the lower classes.

Cycling

Cycling at young age boosts the positive mental attitude and helps to relieve stress.  Cycling is one of the best activities to reduce weight and keep them active. Cycling gets the kids outdoors and helps them be totally active because exercising their legs help in toning their body and remaining healthy.

Yoga

Silambam

Physical workouts style such as silambam, an art of using long sticks. This sport improves flexibility,agility,hand-eye coordination, kinaesthetic awareness, balance, strength, speed, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular stamina.

Karate

Practicing martial arts can offer physical and mental health benefits. In addition to learning self-defense, you’ll also get a full-body aerobic workout, build muscle, and improve balance. For those who find it difficult to stick to a workout plan, the idea of learning and developing a new skill might be good incentive to keep you coming back.
